If you are an experienced Cook, Chef or Senior Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen we want to hear from you!
You will be joining a dynamic and motivated team that takes pride in producing quality food and service across our various outlets, Pacific Bistro, Rockpool Cafe, The Shack, and our many and varied functions and events. Serving 150,000+ meals annually, our catering department generates $3million in revenue a year.
To be a successful member of our kitchen team you will bring to us:
- Experience producing quality food in a high-volume kitchen using a range of cookery skills and methods
- Knowledge of HACCP and WHS practices
- Strong work ethic with ability to thrive in a lively team environment
- A respectful and constructive approach to colleagues and customers
