The hotels offers impressive event and banquet facilities featuring a highly flexible and sophisticated pillar free hotel ballroom which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a seated event, as well as a Victorian style ballroom and eight smaller function spaces.
The Role:
An exciting and unique opportunity has become available to join The Westin Sydney team as an Accounts Receivable Officer.
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, your main duties include:
- Professionally answer guests billing enquiries over the phone and email;
- Timely raising invoices and processing refund as request;
- Post, edit, balance and update accounts receivable ledger.
- Allocate and Reconcile all payments on a timely basis
- Review credit balances monthly to ensure accurate monthly aging of all accounts, liaise with Credit Manager in organization and participation in monthly credit meetings
- Action credit card disputes and charge backs inquiries on a timely basis.
- Any other ad hoc duties required.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Attention to detail, problem solving and accustomed to meeting deadlines;
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications and PMS Opera system
- Past experience in Accounts Receivable function in hotel industry is preferred.
