At the start of the Great Ocean Road lies Mantra Lorne, an historic guesthouse converted into a modern hotel with facilities that also make it the largest residential conference destination in Victoria. Set on 12 acres of beachfront, including tennis courts, a bowling green, bocce strip, croquet pitch and 18 hole putting green, it’s a destination in itself.

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced and passionate person to join our friendly team as an Owner Relations Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include:

• Liaising with Maintenance, ensuring compliance of constitutional requirements of the managed scheme
• Being the point of contact for Owners and assisting with meetings
• Managing Owner accounts, posting charges and adjustments
• Recordkeeping of Owner details

You will have:

• Proven administrative experience
• Strong ability to manage their time and workflow accordingly.
• A strong work ethic
• Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
