About the role

As a exceptional corporate receptionist you will be required to offer all clients a 5* service, looking after them hand in hand. whilst assisting with the day to day running of the office.

Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and staff
  • Meeting and greeting all clients
  • Set up meeting and board rooms
  • General administration duties
  • Manage a busy switchboard
  • Management of meeting rooms
Skills and Experience
  • Experience as a receptionist in a five-star hotel or corporate environment
  • Impeccable presentation and communication
  • Polite and Courteous manner
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Friendly and warm personality
