One of Sydney's most reputable restaurants, with one of the most stand out views in town which showcases the freshest seafood & the best Australian produce, is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to showcase plate up the Australian fusion they are famous for!
This venue is unique in every way, from the high end decor, to its stand out service and the food of course, which has been bringing patrons back year upon year . The food is exquisite, with not a detail left off and all made from the freshest local ingredients and locally sourced produce.
We are on the look out for an experienced CDP, with a solid background working for similar style hatted or high end casual dining restaurants, who love an exhilarating service & a pumping kitchen where they can produce top quality food.
