THE ROLE:
As a qualified Chef with experience in working closely with Asian cuisine you will help the team in the kitchen to drive through service and produce a product second to none in the Brisbane dining scene.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work with fresh seafood
- Previous experience working with sushi a must
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a la carte venue
