Responsibilities
- Full management of Ingenia Holidays Broulee Park
- Management of housekeeping, reception and grounds staff, including rostering, performance management and recruitment
- Conduct weekly inspections of the site
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided to new and returning guests
- Collection of outstanding payments from guests and permanent residents
About the Person
With a background in tourism, property, sales, aged care or venue management, the suitable applicant should have the following skills:
- Demonstrated experience in managing similar assets, preferably Tourist Parks
- Demonstrated operational and project management skills
- Experience using Newbook booking software
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices
- Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
