Bourke Street Bakery is looking for a Supervisor with great barista experience to join us in celebrating and strengthening our achievements in Sydney's community and baking industry.

Duties include:
- Inspiring and developing a team that delivers exceptional customer service.
- Daily set up and/or pack down of the café
- Stock Management
- Cash Management
- Tracking store productivity and working proactively in ensuring smooth day to day operations
- WH&S Compliance and maintaining a safe & clean environment for everyone
- Lead from the front and by example
- Be a gun barista
- Weigh and time your shots as standard
- Be capable of 12 kilos a day
- Have stunning latte art

What you need to be successful?
- First Aid Certification
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- 2 years plus Barista experience
- Flexibility to work on weekends & 6am starts.
- Must have working rights in Australia
