JTB is a well established global travel company with presence in 39 countries. We pride ourselves on providing our customers and clients with the best travel experience possible. Due to company expansion, we are currently recruiting for the position of Inbound Tour Coordinator.

Position:

We are currently seeking an energetic Inbound Tour Coordinator to join our busy team in Cairns for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be a great team player, enthusiastic and a quick learner, who has sound knowledge of Australian Tourism Attractions. 

Candidates who have experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations for inbound tours;
• Purchase products from suppliers, negotiate prices;
• Process bookings;
• Respond to customers' enquiries;
• Issue vouchers, itineraries and invoices;
• Provide general support to other team members;
• Research new tour products for tours.

Essential Criteria:

• Fluent spoken and written Japanese language skills;
• Ability to learn booking systems;
• Outstanding customer service skills;
• Self-motivated quick learner;
• Experience working in an office environment;
• Time management skills; 
• Great team player.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role
