Duty Manager Required
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Duty Manager to assist us reposition this Surfers Paradise venue through its next stage of growth across multiple revenue streams including gaming, food and beverage, TAB and functions. A minimum 2 years’ demonstrated experience in a similar role with strong skills in food, bar and gaming operations is required.
Responsible for “hands on” operations, you will ‘’lead from the floor’’ and ensure the highest standards of customer service, whilst complying with company policies and QLD legislative requirements.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Clear knowledge of bar, bistro, gaming, TAB, FOH, BOH and cellar operations
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and supervise staff and security
- First-rate administration / cash management skills
- Able to work hospitality hours including days, nights and weekends
- Sound computer competency skills
- Current QLD RLMV, RSA, RCG, First Aid Cert and Approved Managers Licence
