We have an exciting new role for an experienced Chef to join a deluxe retreat in the heart of Victoria’s Spa Country.
A GREAT NEW OPPORTUNITY
Currently relaunching their restaurant in a contemporary country style, our client is looking for a passionate and creative Chef to lead the team and run a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Focusing on local wine and produce you will create a bespoke, modern country dining experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Head Chef will be invested in developing their staff and creating unforgettable memories for their customers.
YOU WILL NEED
Previous experience in an a la carte and functions environment is essential; this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Chef looking for a change in direction, or for a talented Executive Sous Chef looking to step up to a new challenge. The ideal candidate will be level headed, diligent and able to handle pressure. You will have an understanding of HACCP management and be committed to training and developing a team.
