What we need
 
ZONE BOWLING Dee Why is currently looking for a Manager on Duty who is a team player, has a passion for service excellence and strives to provide the ultimate guest experience.
 
So if you have

• Proven leadership in a team environment with a strong focus towards coaching and training
  
• Ability to foster and encourage a service and sales team culture, always delivering the very best experience for our guests
  
• Management and/or coordination of food and beverage, functions and/or corporate event and/or front desk/reception background would be an advantage
  
• Excellent knowledge of general hospitality and catering operations
  
• Strong financial acumen in controlling wage and operational costs, stock levels & COG’s
  
• Ability to adapt and work as part of a team with a focus on team first
  
• Enthusiasm with the ability to create a fun and friendly atmosphere
  
• Flexible availability for various shifts during the day, night and over the weekend
