Room Attendants are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of accommodation rooms and suites exceeds both the guest expectations and hotel standards. To be successful in this sought after position, you will have excellent attention to detail, availability to work mornings, afternoons and late evenings and above all else, pride yourself on ability to deliver a room that epitomises French elegance, style and sophistication.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors as allocated
• Replenishing guest amenities
• Delivering a memorable experience for our guests with passion and professionalism
• A good eye for detail & previous cleaning, customer service or hospitality experience
• Attending to guest’s requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
• Maintaining strict security procedures 

The successful applicant will:

• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have the flexibility to work a rotating roster and be available to work mornings, afternoons and possible late evenings
• Be a good team player
• Have the ability to work to deadlines efficiently
• Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
