Your new role:

The employer is seeking an experienced manager to strategically lead their Conference Producers to research and deliver timely and high-quality conferences and events.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery and productivity of the team, as well as manage larger-scale conferences.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Assessing the commercial viability of conferences

• Shaping the content of events

• Ensuring your team meet project deadlines

• Brief writing and project allocation

• Being constantly aware of key topics and influences that translate into compelling and successful events

• Proofreading brochure copy

• Event management – ensuring conferences flow smoothly

• Collaborating with sales, marketing and operations teams internally

What you’ll need to succeed:

The successful candidate will have worked in a deadline and project driven environment, and ideally will have experiences with conferences or training, and have excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude!)

The employer is looking for someone with management experience and a proven track record of leading a successful team to deliver results. Experience in managing a fast paced call center environment is highly desirable too!
