The Good Times Pub Group, Queensland’s fastest growing Hotel Group, is seeking applications for an experienced Venue Manager to work at our Westbrook Tavern.
This full time position requires the flexibility to work weekends, both week days and nights, and public holidays.
Applicants must enjoy working in a fast paced “hands-on” environment and possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Proven business builder
- Minimum of 3-4 years recent experience in a similar position
- Passion and drive for the pub industry
- Ability to drive change
- Demonstrated competence to drive results though each area of the business, concentrating efforts on great customer service and building the business
- Ability to foster excellent working relationships with staff and stakeholders
- Completely computer literate and fluent with budgets and rostering systems such as TimeTEQ
- TAB, Keno, Gaming and end of month procedures experience essential
- High attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends, both week days and nights, and public holidays
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV Certificates, Approved Managers and Gaming Nominee Licence
- Own reliable transport and current Drivers Licence
- All back of house accounting and payroll is performed by head office
