Our client is a provider of luxury accommodation in Melbourne, that combines the highest levels of personalised service alongside one of Melbourne's most iconic neighbourhoods.
Description
In your new role as Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Meet and greet guests and be responsible for checking guests in and out
- Attend to guests and arrange additional services (taxis, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, local/regional tours etc.)
- Proactively assist guests during their stay by providing them with local dining options and experiences/activities
- Ensure all guest requests are acknowledged and actioned
- Ability to work on a seven day rotating roster
Profile
You will have experience working in the luxury market with an enthusiasm to pursue a career in hospitality. You will have a high level of customer-service and a passion for providing a hands-on experience to guests to ensure they have an exceptional and complete experience during their stay. You will have immaculate presentation and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
