TFE Hotels, managers of Adina Apartment Hotels, Medina Apartment Hotels, Rendezvous Hotels, Vibe Hotels, Travelodge Hotels and TFE Hotels Collection are one of Australia's premium Accommodation providers and a market leader in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a sales professional with drive and passion to target new business and maintain existing relationships.
As a member of a small but dedicated team, you will be responsible for:
- To build strong relationships with our key entertainment agents, corporate entertainment companies, film and production companies, sporting agencies and sporting teams.
- To develop preferred sponsorship agreements in the entertainment and sporting markets.
- Work with our client base on all levels including: prospecting, familiarisation events and be instrumental in maximising business opportunities and market share into TFE Hotels.
- Execute the designated acquisition development and retention actions of the strategic action plans for the Entertainment and Sporting market.
- To deliver results driven sales promotions to achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Keeping up‐to‐date with product knowledge and competitor activity.
To be successful you must have:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Hotel experience is preferable
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Proven results in account management
- Time Management and Organisational Skills
- Technical Skills: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Have a car and a valid driving license
This position calls for a self‐motivated and customer focused individual with the drive and ability to maintain and develop consistent relationships. You must be an exceptional communicator with the initiative to seek out new business opportunities.
