About the role
Atura Adelaide Airport is currently seeking a vibrant, social and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our ranks. We are in pursuit of an individual that will be the driving force behind a team that delivers exceptional experiences to our guests through attentive, genuine and passionate service.
Our Restaurant Manager is the face of the hotel, someone who is bubbly, energetic and extremely positive, passionate, hardworking and FUN
A Restaurant Manager is to:
- Lead the restaurant team in efficient day to day operations
- Recruit, train, develop and cross-training of all team members, supervisors and assistant managers
- Completing staff performance reviews and driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Management of staff including rostering, shifts changes and team meetings
- Ensuring wage costs, revenue and forecasting meets required targets
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Overseeing stock levels
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Skills and experience
So do you have the Atura flair? What we are looking for:
- Must have a current SA RSA
- Hotels are your game, with 3 years experience in 4/5 star properties in the capacity of Restaurant Manager and experience managing teams 15-30 people
- Very well presented & well spoken
- You'll have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong Food and Beverage Knowledge
- The ability to manage cost and ensure budgets are achieved
- The ability to lead, mentor and train staff
- A positive influence and team player
- Able to multitask and remain calm during peak service periods
- Excellent customer service skills and ' Can do Attitude'
- Display a high level of professionalism whilst on duty
- Flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster which involves various shifts including mornings, evenings including weekends and public holidays
