About the role

Atura Adelaide Airport is currently seeking a vibrant, social and motivated Breakfast Supervisor to join our ranks. We are in pursuit of an individual that will be the driving force behind a team that delivers exceptional experiences to our guests through attentive, genuine and passionate service. 

Our Breakfast Supervisor is the face of the hotel, someone who is bubbly, energetic and extremely positive, hardworking, passionate and FUN 

Breakfast Duty Supervisor is to:

• Supervise front of house staff during breakfast & lunch service periods 
• Communicates the restaurant's vision to all team members and leads by example 
• Builds and maintains relationships with guests, team members and seniors management alike
• Demonstrates high personal integrity, business ethics and takes every opportunity to promote the business
• Assist with training and development initiatives as well as coaching and performance management 
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving quest complaints

Skills and experience

So do you have the Atura flair? What we are looking for:

• Must have a current SA RSA
• Skilled in making barista coffees
• Attention to detail with a keen eye that will know if any item is out of place 
• Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience in a similar environment 
• You'll have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills
• A positive influence and team player
• Able to multitask and remain calm during peak service periods
• Consistently deliver superior customer service
• Display a high level of professionalism whilst on duty
• Flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster, early morning shifts on varied days of the week, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
