Your role will be working with a team of 5-9 chefs under the guidance of our head chef. You will need to be able to rotate through the different sections of the kitchen and be a team player.
We need you to cover night shifts as well as day shifts.
Flexible availability Tuesday - Saturday
You will need to be able to work well under pressure as we are a busy venue.
Have to have strong experience on most of the sections.
Must have knowledge of kitchen operations.
