Kimberley Hotel in Halls Creek is seeking an experienced, mature and friendly Crowd Controller to join our team for the season and beyond.
Our venue consists of 120 room Hotel and Saloon Bar, Sports Bar and Restaurant for hotel guests and the community.
We are looking for someone with a hands on approach, to manage Crowd Control and entry/exit’s, with occasional after hours night patrol work.

The successful candidate must have:
• Strong hospitality venue experience
• Previous experience in licensed venues, specifically hotels and/or nightclubs where customer engagement and a team approach to providing an enjoyable and safe environment is the priority.
• Current police clearance less than 3 months old
• Current WA Crowd Controller License
• Current First Aid Certificate less than 6 months old
• Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Must be willing to live and work in a remote location
• Be accountable and professional at all times
• Strong communication ability with management and fellow staff
