With the implementation of our new menu and additional operating hours we are constantly on the look out for exceptional waiter/waitress to our front of house team on a casual basis.

Our ideal candidate will be available to wor. If you have a background in fine dining or are interested in joining one of the best restaurants in Melbourne we would love to hear from you.

• Exemplary customer service and care
• Genuine enthusiasm for the dining experience
• Greeting, serving and engaging with customers
• Ensuring up to date menu knowledge including beverage
• Hatted or Michelin Star standards for a' la carte & degustation dining
• Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
