ALPHA GLOBAL CATERING, we are looking for experienced, professional Chefs for our Sydney stores, to be part of our vibrant, hard-working team.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Exceptional organisational skills with clear focus on quality and service standards.
- Knowledge an advantage of placing food orders, inventory, cost of goods and labour costs
- The passion and drive to succeed and produce high quality dishes to our company standards
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Flexibility with a rotating roster
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages right from preparation to presentation
- Previous experience with similar cuisine and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo further training and development within our brand
Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in a high-volume, fast paced establishment
Proven experience in managing a team within a quality venue
We are looking for positive and enthusiastic people who are able to work fast and accurately whilst under pressure, and can converse well in English.
