A great opportunity has opened for an experienced manager to be part of our fun and vibrant Gladstone team. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands on & energetic individual to continue the successful leadership of the store. The candidate must have at least 2 years restaurant management or supervisory experience and a minimum of 4 years hospitality experience and demonstrate exemplary customer service, mentoring & training skills. Potential candidates, without the necessary experience need not apply. 

We are a growing Brisbane Based business and there is potential for career advancement in our organisation as both the candidate and our business grows.

Applicants must be able to work autonomously and have a desire to learn and grow as this position will involve staff management, looking after the day to day running of the business, managing staff cost, stock controlling and reporting to the operations manager and directors. 

Knowledge and experience in the food industry are essential with some cooking experience preferred.

We are looking for a highly motivated manager that can handle a busy paced environment.  A great outlook, love of the industry and precise time management is a must.

This is by no means a job for the faint hearted, and we cannot emphasis enough it is a "Hands On" role, however………. if you are looking for a rewarding position, career potential, love a challenge then this is your dream job.
