Reporting into the Area Manager you will have full autonomy to lead your brigade of up to 50 employees and 4 managers in a high paced and rewarding environment. Your role will include responsibility for;
  

• Rostering, Wage Control, COG’s and Budget Management
• Team onboarding, development, mentoring and promotion.
• Delivering sales targets, KPI’s & OH&S Compliance
• Driving the team to live and breathe our core company values

  
The ideal candidate
  
In addition to having the desire to push yourself and your team to a new level, the ideal candidate will have had exposure to
  

• Team management of more than 25 employees
• Financial accountability throughout all channels
• A background in either an A La Carte or casual dining setting
• Recruitment, team development & disciplinary procedures
• Targets based KPI’s or sales analysis
