The Role

You will need to be a true team player while making sure that the day to day business will grow. The ideal candidate will foster a fun and energetic atmosphere, while making sure that everybody in the team performs to their best of their capabilities. Running the restaurant like your own, you will be responsible and accountable for all day to day operations - from recruiting and training, to overlooking the kitchen and Profit and Loss management - COGS, Labour, wastage etc. 

What you will need

• A can do attitude to inspire and motivate the team.
• Exceptional customer service skills - highly personable and friendly 
• Five years’ experience as a restaurant manager in a high-volume establishment.
• Passion with a winning mentality, flexibility around schedules and a passion for food trends.
