Mrs Parma's is fundamentally a fun & simple concept that specializes in Victorian microbrewery beers & Melbourne's favourite pub meal "The Parma". We offer an ever changing beer list with 10 beers on tap and 20+ by the bottle to keep it interesting for everyone and a huge selection of hand crafted Parmas...does it get better than that!
We welcome an experienced,reliable and hard working person to join our happy & professional team with 1 x full time & 1 x part time position available. We have high standards and we are really looking for a person who displays a good work ethic, excellent customer service skills and an obvious appreciation for the hospitality industry.
Previous experience in bistro/bar style service is a must and additional on job training will be provided to cater for our specialized line of products and services.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Min 2 years bar/bistro experience
- Good knowledge and love for all things craft beer.
- Able to carry 3 plates and wait tables
- Able to make coffee
- Professional phone manners and customer orientated
- Have a solid understanding of bookings and floor plans
- A good all rounder, capable of stepping it up a gear when we hit our stride
- Have a current Victorian R.S.A
We are open 7 days per week therefore nights & weekend work is essential.
