Due to the St Marys Rugby Leagues Club expansion and introduction of the Holiday Inn & current change in kitchen management, The Waterstone Grill Restaurant is looking for a Qualified Full-time & Part-time or casual Chef to be part of a strong team and maintain our fast paced kitchen due to the increased flow of business within the restaurant/ club
QUALIFIED CHEF
- Must have a minimum of 3yrs experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
- Ability to work well in all sections of the kitchen and provide high quality, consistent presentation
- A Strong passion with presentation of food
- Have a strong understanding of & adhere too food-related health and safety procedures & WHS Guidelines
- Ability to work well alone and within a team environment
- Willing to work split shifts, weekends & holiday periods a must
- Adhere to maintain & encourage a clean kitchen environment with a clean as you go attitude
- Assist in the preparation of food
- A strong work ethic & organisational skills
We are located inside the St Marys Rugby Leagues Club at St Marys which is a 20min walk from St Marys station, Staff parking facilities available, Students, Travellers or Working visa's need not apply
