 As a Chef de Partie within our team you will be responsible for ensuring that all food produced meets the very highest standard of quality and presentation. Your flair and creativity for cooking many international styles of cuisine will be fully utilised within this multi-outlet environment.
 
To be considered for our team you will need an extensive back ground within a similar large kitchen operation gained within either a Restaurant, Events or quality Hotel environment. You will have also been professionally trained and have completed your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Previous experience of working in a remotely operated resort is highly advantageous but not essential. Most of all you will be a flexible and adaptable individual willing to work as part of a larger kitchen team to ensure our objectives are met.


A National Police Check is a mandatory step of the recruitment process.
