The role:

We have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Coordinator to work within a key client account based in Richmond NSW. The Housekeeping Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of reception and housekeeping services for our client supplied on-base accommodation. You will ensure that the client's personnel are provided with functional, clean and appropriate live-in or transit accommodation.

Due to the security clearance checks for this account to be successful you must be an Australian Citizen.

Essentially you will be responsible for:

  • Providing reception and housekeeping services for designated accommodation;
  • Managing the provision of accommodation supplies and maintaining room functionality;
  • Managing access and arranging escorting for maintenance and cleaning of accommodation;
  • Fostering and maintaining positive working relationships with the client, client subcontractors, suppliers and consultants'

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar or customer facing role and a strong understanding of customer service principles;
  • Must have a Car (C) Drivers Licence;
  • Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to interpret queries and assist customers appropriately;
  • High level of attention to detail;
