Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional customer service and care
- Genuine enthusiasm for the dining experience
- Greeting, serving and engaging with customers
- Ensuring up to date menu knowledge including beverage
- Immaculate presentation & grooming
- Excellent wine knowledge & confidence in pouring, serving and recommendation
- Display a high level of attention to detail, initiative & drive to complete tasks to the highest standard
- Must have a current RSA
- 3 Plate carry and plating ability
- Preferably 2 years' experience
