Named after some of the largest airports in the world, our meeting rooms are flexible and functional with the ability to convert from a business like boardroom setting to a cocktail party for 200 guests.

About You

  • You’re an engaging and outgoing team player who gets a kick out of delivering exceptional service and thrives on being part of a high performing team.
  • You are well organized tidy and have great time management skills
  • You love food & drink and take a keen interest in the latest trends, the hottest new venues and stay across ever-evolving guest expectations
  • You are incredibly friendly and have a positive go getter attitude
  • You’re passionate about providing our guests great experiences and have the ability to create a connection with people from all walks of life
  • You are tech savvy and feel comfortable around different audiovisual equipment
  • You take great pride in your venue and you ensure that your space is always warm and inviting

In order to hit the ground running you will have:

  • Prior experience in Food and Beverage, ideally catering for conferences and events of different sizes
  • An ability to thrive under pressure and work as a team in a high paced environment
  • A great sense of style and immaculate presentation and grooming
  • Attainment of the necessary Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (AUS Only)
