The Position
We are looking for an experienced Part Time Cafe Supervisor to join our catering team based at one of our facilities based near Gympie. Reporting to the Site Manager your success will stem from your experience in cooking with a focus on quality, presentation and food safety. You will be working with a small team to assist with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The hours are rotating roster from Monday to Friday with no weekend work. Parking is free and available on site. Flexibility is required to ensure a strong client relationship develops due to the exceptional service Eurest will provide.
Key Duties
- Leading our retail team to ensure efficient and consistent service
- Staff Organisation and Rostering
- Ordering stock
- Basic food prep including salad and sandwiches
- Making barista style coffees
- Maintaining client satisfaction levels through the production of consistent quality of meals
- Deliver to our client's high expectation of a premium experience
The Person
- Previous retail experience in a fast paced, high energy role
- Excellent time management skills
- Possess and be able to demonstrate great leadership skills
- Barista experience essential
- Honest and reliable team player with cash handling experience
