Key Responsibilities:
- Formal trade qualifications.
- Menu planning
- Menu production
- Financial responsibility of food and labour costs.
- Supervision of kitchen and dining room staff.
- Client and guest liaison.

- Demonstrated people management.
- Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, WHS.
- Outstanding leadership ability.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday
7.00am - 3.30pm
