Job tasks and responsibilities
The right candidate will display the following key attributes:
- At least 2 years’ Experience in a high-volume multi-faceted hotel as an Assistant Manager or Duty Manager
- Be Passionate about what you do and Determined to deliver WOW through your service and approach to all tasks
- Cash handling, rostering, working within budgets
- Staff recruitment, training and mentoring
- Open and close of venue
- Ability to work in a busy & fast paced environment
- Work well within and always maintain a positive team
- Well-presented & maintaining the highest of standards at all times
- Self-motivated & well organized
- Be accountable on shift for excellent quality food, beverage, service and overall customer experience
