The Company
Having built a stable of large format restaurants across the country and growing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Group Bars manager looking for a creative outlet and the ability to have a voice in the process. With your background in all things libations, this is a one of a kind role that is not to be missed!
The Role
As a keen part of the senior leadership team, you will have overall control of the creative development and costing of all aspects of the beverage lists and are able to consistently change up to reflect current trends in the consumer taste profile. Reporting directly to the COO of the company, you will work in conjunction to ensure that the beverage offerings are current and the service and product training are second to non.
To be successful in this role, qualities we seek include:
- High volume experience across a multi venue or multi outlet setting
- Above market knowledge in current market trends within the premium spirits, wines and cocktail markets
- Strong abilities in the training and development of large teams across multiple properties
- Fantastic cocktail background and the ability to develop top notch and current menu's
- Are able to work across all services and visit multiple locations. Some travel required
- Have a passionate management style that develops individuals into superstars
- Proven track record in working with and exceeding budgets and cog expectations
- Come from service driven backgrounds where the guest is the focus
- Above all, you are an industry professional that brings drive and enthusiasm to your role
