You will be involved in the day to day running of the hotel. Your role and responsibilites will include all aspects of the hotel including a 200 seat bistro, busy bar trade and 40 rooms of accommodation.

In this role you will:

Provide leadership, support and guidance to staff
Provide ongoing training to staff
Your problem solving skills will be highly developed and you will be able to provide solutions to customer issues
You will have highly developed interpersonal skills which will help you to build rapport with customers.
Must have vaild RSA and RCG
