GARUM is a collaboration of Grossi Group and The Westin Perth to curate a signature restaurant that shares the values of these two premium establishments. Using the inspiration of ancient Rome to explore cooking techniques, traditions and culture and executed with a contemporary edge, Garum will bring a unique concept to the Hibernian Place precinct.

We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals for Commis Chef roles to assist with the execution of Guy Grossi and Mario di Natalie's menu which is an exploration of ancient Roman cooking with contemporary consideration. Our menu is fun, thoughtful and, most importantly, delicious.

For our Commis Chef roles we are seeking professionals displaying the following skills and attributes:

• Previous experience in Commis Chef positions
• Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
• Enjoy working with exceptional ingredients
• Work cleanly and safely to health and safety standards
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Able to work within a team
• Be innovative but still follow direction
• Have genuine passion for cooking
• Able to execute dishes of extremely high quality
