L’Hotel Gitan seeks creative, enthusiastic and qualified Pastry Chef to join our restaurant. This position requires the successful candidate to be passionate about food and keen to showcase their ability in this fast-paced environment.
The Role & Responsibilities
You will work with quality products in creating fine, creative and exciting desserts in the dedicated pastry kitchen. You will possess genuine excitement and passion for the industry and the desire to grow in the industry. Above all, you will be keen to learn and committed to achieving the very best.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- 4 years of experience as head Patisserie Chef
- Proven pastry chef experience in a fast paced and quality driven working environment.
- Well-developed ability to work independently and as part of a strong, diverse and dynamic team.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Excellent food knowledge
- A desire to perform at the highest level
