The Job
We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with exceptional guest service skills to be a part of our Central Reservations Team, based in our Head Office in Ultimo. .
Key responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
- Processing reservations enquiries via phone, email and online webchat;
- Comply with Central Reservations' yield management structure by controlling room rates to maximize profitability for the Hotels.
- Providing accurate information to customers regarding hotel rates and services;
- Ensuring cross selling and up selling of products;
- Complaint resolution;
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- An understanding of the tourism/ hospitality industry;
- Proven Sales skills;
- Knowledge and understanding of hotel booking distribution channels;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Highly developed customer service skills.
This position calls for a self-motivated and customer focused individual with the drive and ability to meet customer expectations. You must be a team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
