An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as the Spa and Boutique Manager at Lizard Island Resort. As our Spa and Boutique Manager, you will embrace and promote our Spa philosophy, managing a small team to provide our guests with a relaxing and unforgettable experience of self indulgence. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and part of a dedicated Management team, to be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Certificate IV in Beauty and Massage
- Demonstrated experience leading, training and developing a team (Minimum 2 years)
- Previous experience in a 5 star Resort Spa
- A passionate individual with exceptional communication and sales skills
- The skills to promote revenue generating opportunities
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Meticulous grooming and presentation standards.
Located 60 minutes by light aircraft North of Cairns, Lizard Island is truly secluded from the rest of the world.
