The position you're going for
This position of a Venue Manager will see you getting involved with a well-rounded scope of responsibilities from:
- Receiving customers & clients in the venue
- Client relationship management
- Membership activation & renewal
- Liaising with events & catering staff
- Event, exhibition & booking management
- VIP hosting
- Estimating & proposing potential plans for events & set ups
- Working in closely with the PM team for event delivery

The criteria you need
To be considered for this position, ideally you will be coming from the venue management, events or expo industry in a client facing and customer service capacity.
- A high level of energy, drive & motivation
- Genuine passion to be successful within your role
- Being able to talk to all levels of clientele
- Wanting to grow & advance through an organisation
