Established in the Retirement Living Sector, this opening sits with a dynamic and professional player. Offering an opportunity based in Melbourne, you will have full accountability for operational performance, ensuring the asset is financially viable and effective, quality customer service is achieved and safe practices are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver on short and long term strategies to support the overall Retirement Living strategy
- Deliver on customer service, operations, safety, financial, resources and productivity performance
- Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Manage, coach and provide leadership and direction to all team members
Qualities required:
- An inspiring leader, who is a confident team builder
- Customer oriented approach
- Operationally sound, with good knowledge of risk and compliance
- Innovative mindset, looking to improve service delivery and performance
- Fiscally sound with experience in managing budgets.
