About the role
Our Business Travel Concierge team members are responsible for enhancing our corporate clients' experience to ensure client retention for Encore Journeys.
- Effectively sell products and services for domestic and international travel in accordance with Encore Journeys' policies and procedures.
- Ensure client company travel policies are adhered to and any service level agreements are met.

Skills and experience
The Business Travel Concierge role requires a person who has extensive travel and destination knowledge as well as advanced customer service and communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage and build valued relationships with corporate clients. A minimum of 2 years corporate consulting domestic and international experience; GDS trained with Sabre & SAM experience preferred.
