- Lead a strong, well established and highly trained brigade
- Inovative and exciting menu.
- Flexible rostering. 9 day fortnight in place for all salaried chefs.
About the role
The Head chef will have a previous successful work history of strong leadership and full large kitchen management duties.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Rostering and full management of personnel.
- Training.
- maintaining control and order in very busy commercial kitchen. 1000+ covers on busy days.
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
- Menu planning and continuing pushing the boundaries for exciting fare.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in a similar role essential.
- Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under high pressure.
