HARVEYS BRISBANE IS SEEKING A TALENTED HEAD CHEF TO JOIN THE GROUP.
Harveys Bistro in the heart of Brisbane Fortitude Valley. Harveys is a bistro style cafe/restaurant proven in maintaining its high standards of food and service for the last 11 years. Our current operation is Breakfast, Lunch 7 days a week with Dinners for 5 Nights. This role will be on a 5 day rotating roster.
To be considered for this role we will require
- An experienced leader to manage day to day operations, food production and service
- Be cost savvy in both areas of Food & Labour costing
- Have prior experience in High Volume Atmosphere
- Be Able to juggle both Creative input and Management of staff & cost
You will enjoy a unique and challenging role where you can develop the team, execute existing menus in place whilst creating new menus for the future. There will be a huge emphasis on maintaining costing throughout the kitchen.
Our kitchen is fast paced and serves over 2500 guests per week.
Excellent eye for detail essential. The ability to work under pressure, produce consistant high quality product meanwhile maintaining a calm and organised demeanour.
Harveys is located in the heart of James street and close to public transport, minimising your commute time and eliminating the need to drive in each day. Not to mention the extended public transport on the weekends.
