We are looking for an experienced sous chef.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of building a brand new fine dining establishment in the West. As a small, tasting menu only restaurant, we are looking for a passionate chef who loves the art of plating and is excited by food. You will be working alongside the chef/owner, with the best quality produce and ingredients, to create a truly exceptional dining experience
As a valued team member, you will have the skills to work autonomously, but in sync with the kitchen to ensure the best possible experience to the diner. Working in an open kitchen you will be required to communicate with diners and have the opportunity to present your hard work in person. Under the eye of the diner you will be expected to work cleanly and keep your cool in what can be an intense environment.
