Permanent position for a Catering Supervisor Brisbane CBD
Your new company
Operating nationally, this catering company is one of the largest within Queensland’s sector. Currently this organisation looks after local and remote sites across Brisbane. This position will be working with one of their high profile sites located in Brisbane CBD.
Your new role
Your role will be to support the Catering Manager in maintaining and continuously improving the efficiency of this operation. You will be responsible for overseeing all boardroom and meeting room food and beverage service including overseeing function set up and break down, managing a team of staff and ensuring a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene in all areas front and back of house. You will also have strong financial and budgeting skills. RSA is a must
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background from either 5 star hotel, corporate catering/boardroom or high end restaurant experience. You will have experience leading a small team to deliver a high standard with a high focus on customer service, organisation, personal presentation and working in team environment.
