About the Role 

We have multiple exciting permanent full time opportunities available to work closely with our Sales Consultants in supporting and organising their daily activity. Get creative and come up with suitable site activities for our clients and promote them to increase attendance rate.


You will be responsible for:

• Engaging with clients and Sales Consultants via phone and email
• Contacting known client sites to identify most suitable site activity and ensure this is promoted
• Ensuring confirmed activity is recorded and shared through CRM system, calendar invites tasks etc.
• Analysing activity attendance rates to identify trends and sharing any suggested best practices
• Identifying, implementing, testing and measuring success of promotional activities so that any process improvements and efficiency can be adopted

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• You enjoy being on the phone and have a professional and personable phone manner
• You are results-driven 
• You have strong communication skills
• You are able to work autonomously
• You have strong stakeholder management and rapport building skills (including over the phone)
• You have strong organisational and time management skills and are able to multi-task
