Europcar Australia is seeking to appoint a Senior Car Rental Service Officer to lead our friendly team at the Sofitel Hotel in Brisbane City. Reporting to the Brisbane City Station Manager (located off-site nearby), in this challenging role you will play a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the Station.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running the shift autonomously and at times with one colleague
  • Providing outstanding customer service to our valued customers to ensure repeat business
  • Opening and closing car rental contracts
  • Making reservations and checking vehicles in and out as based on customer needs and in accordance with business excellence standards
  • Processing of Rental Agreements, accident and damage reports
  • Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis
  • Preparing accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial, operational station and fleet performance measures.

  • A current and open driver's license is essential
